A $1.2 million bond, which would go toward reconstructing or replacing, Medford High School’s swimming pool will go before City Council tonight, according to the agenda. Read more. 3.) Today should be mostly cloudy with a high near 66 – however, there is a chance of showers after 11 a.m., according to the National Weather Service.

The committee’s meeting starts at 7 p.m. tonight in City Hall’s Council Chambers. 2.) Take a sneak peak inside Menotomy Grill & Tavern, a new East Arlington restaurant opening next week. 3.) Job openings in and around Medford. 4.) Check out the Medford Patch Facebook page! 5.) Scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely today, according to the National Weather Service. The Medford Garden Club will also be selling plants at the library’s book and bake sale. 3.) There are two author events at Bestsellers Cafe this weekend. Betty Lim King at 3 p.m. Saturday, and James C. O’Connell at 2 p.m. Sunday. 4.) The Committee to Re-elect John Falco Jr. to Medford School Committee is hosting a campaign kick-off event at 10 a.m. Sunday at Raso’s Grille. Tickets are $30. 5.) Today should be sunny with a high near 70, according to the National Weather Service. There is a chance of isolated showers Saturday and Sunday.
