Medford Community Housing is holding a first-time home buyer workshop, with the first of three classes taking place April 9. The class will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Medford Housing Authority in Edgerly Hall, 121 Riverside Ave. in Medford. Subsequent classes will be held April 11 and 16. The cost is $60.
