Hi Maria,
I actually had a discussion with officials in Westford on this one time. It's a matter of state law, MGL 40a-5 to be precise.
That law specifically specifies "newspapers," and it's still legally unclear if we qualify.
I can tell you that if the Town of Chelmsford did decide to publish notices such as these with us on any issue, we'd prominently display them.
They're welcome to do so, as is everybody else, free of charge.
