ReplyA "breaking news" alert was attached to this article because the current activity in the lot generated a great deal of interest, e-mails and phone calls from readers. For those who have lived in the area for some time may appreciate the information of what is happening to a familiar building in town. I believe a breaking news item does not always have to be all about crime and mayhem, but it could be an update that could interest, maybe not everyone, but a significant number of people in town.
