ReplyI run for my health, for my mind, and for me. It's the only time I feel like I'm free...and the quiet time running the trails is amazing. It makes me see Rochester in a whole different light. I just recently started running, and after my first 5k, I was ready to tackle a half. Brooksie seems perfect, as it is right in our hometown, and I went to the same High School that Brooksie did. Running makes me feel Rad. Enough said :)
