I am a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor and Yoga Theraphy specialist, a Health Educator and Dancer.  I have practice yoga for over 20 years by elite yoga coachs from all over the world.  I specialize in stress reduction and treating the whole body, mind, spirit and heart.  I work with private clients in their home or office, as well as teach group classes in Medford, Cambridge and Burlington.
