Angelina M. Resmini, Longtime Medford Resident, Dies at 87

Resmini died Monday, Nov. 11.

Angelina M. Resmini, 87, of Medford, died peacefully on Monday, Nov. 11, in The Highlands, Fitchburg.

Born in Boston, she resided in Medford for many years and was formerly from Boston’s North End. Mrs. Resmini was an Office Manager for W.H. Lailer Company for over 40 years and was very active I various civic and religious organizations. She loved cooking and entertaining for family and friends.

Beloved wife of Dr. John W. Resmini, Sr. for 56 years. Devoted mother of Lisa Prostak and her late husband Kenneth of Randolph, John W. Resmini Jr. and his wife Carol of Townsend. Loving grandmother of Daniel Prostak of Los Angeles, Elizabeth, Sarah and Jessica Prostak, all of Randolph, David, Matthew, Gabrielle and Michael Resmini, all of Townsend. She was the daughter of the late Angelo and Marie (Colantonio) Melchionda. The loving sister of the late Madeline Azzalina and Joseph Melchionda.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Monday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 4-8 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
