Ofelia Ricci, Longtime Medford Resident, Dies at 75

Ricci died Saturday, Nov. 2.

Ofelia Ricci, 75, of Medford, died Saturday, Nov. 2, after a brief illness in the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston.

Born in Italy, she lived in Medford since 1980 and formerly of the North End of Boston. Ofelia was the daughter of the late Rosetta (Federico) and Achille Susi.

Beloved wife of the late Pasquale Ricci. Devoted mother of Domenico Ricci and his wife Rosemary of Peabody, Laura Colantuoni and her husband Bruno of Norwood. Loving grandmother of Anthony Ricci, Franco P., Bruno, Paul and Anthony Colantuoni. Sister of Nelda Federico of Medford, and the late Anna Federico, Donato, Oreste, Francesco and Orlando Susi.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Thursday at 8 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8. Services will conclude with entombment at Woodlawn Mausoleum, Everett.
