Arrests in Medford: Aug. 17-21
The following information comes from the Medford Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Wednesday, Aug. 21
Mayala Gevens, 24, of 17 Sydney St., Medford, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday on Dudley Street and charged with possession to distribute a drug and drug violation near a school. Gevens also had warrants for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to signal.
Laura Balboni, 53, of 104 Fellsway West, Medford, was arrested at 7:41 p.m. Wednesday and charged with violating a municipal bylaw or ordinance.

Tuesday, Aug. 20
Anthony O’Loughlin, 25, of 43 Water St., Medford, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. Tuesday at 43 Water Street and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Sunday, Aug. 18
Angela Bukis, 36, of 812 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. Sunday and charged with violation of an abuse prevention order. Bukis also had a warrant for violation of an abuse prevention order.
Saturday, Aug. 17
