A man walked up to another man at the Medford Whole Foods on Mystic Valley Parkway Tuesday morning and told him that he had shot someone, state police have told WCVB’s Jim Lokay, @LokayWCVB on Twitter.

There have not been reports of gunfire in the area or any weapon seen, according to reports.

A state police spokesman told Lokay, "We don't know if the man who made the statements was coherent or not."
